Please note we recommend a minimum internet speed of 50mbps fibre connection or a 5G wireless connection(we have users who reported 4g and some wifi connections are working but please understand that this is in rare cases and we strongly recommend fibre or 5G)
We also recommend that you connect a LAN cable from the WIFI device to the device you are watching on for stronger and more consistent internet.
Please note you can load the app. on multiple devices but only watch on one device at a time.
Once you access your DrE3mBox app for the first time you will be prompted to select Mobile or Tv as a device, next you will have the opportunity to enter your Xtreamcodes provided by your reseller. choose the Xtreamecodes option and enter your account details. once you're logged in you can update the live tv channels' movies and series sections and then you are ready to kick back and enjoy a never before seen multimedia experience.
Here are examples of how to search for live TV channels:
Under UK Sports - scroll all the way down - you will find all the local South African sports channels like soccer, rugby, cricket, F1 and etc..
Under USA & UK General - you will find National Geographics, Discovery, Crime & Investigation, History and etc.
Under USA & UK News - you will find Sky News, BBC, CNN etc
Under USA & UK Kids - Boomerang, Cartoon Network etc.

Buffering:
Every day you should update/refresh the app - you will find this at the bottom of the home page, this allows all live links to refresh.
If you still experience buffering reboot your device and then refresh.
This should sort out the buffering.
